"One Taste" and The Saloon Bar, The Bedford - 28th August 2005
Sunday, 28th August saw a departure for Tony with him playing a long set of mainly covers in the Saloon Bar at The Bedford. Songs ranged from ones by The Beatles and Elton John to Pink Floyd (thanks Dawn) and the mandatory "Piano Man" by Billy Joel. Tony also performed a number of his own compositions (marked with an asterisk).
Tony also played a couple of his songs on guitar as part of the "One Taste" evening of poetry and music in the Tavistock Room. One of these was his latest song, "Love is the Light (That Shines on You)" which had only been written that morning.
This was Tony's idea of an "informal get together" - an incredible evening of music!
